Products and orders

We sell individually sourced pre-owned and vintage clothing. Each listing's actual photos, condition notes, labelled size and measurements form part of the product description. Vintage size labels vary. Most items are one-of-one. Brand names identify genuine products where applicable and do not imply any brand affiliation.

UK prices are in GBP. International prices may be displayed in the local currency shown at checkout. Your final price, eligible discount, delivery charge and applicable tax or duty treatment are displayed before payment. We will contact you if an exceptional stock problem prevents fulfilment and refund sums due. Statutory consumer protections are unaffected.

Delivery and import charges

Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery timeframes are estimates unless specifically guaranteed. For international orders where checkout identifies Global-e as merchant of record, Global-e is the seller for that transaction and its checkout terms apply. The final checkout states which import duties and taxes are included or payable; an inclusive-duty order is not a promise of additional charges on delivery. See Shipping & Delivery.

Returns and cancellation

For most online garment purchases, you have the legal right to cancel within 14 days of receipt and a further 14 days to return the goods. Separate protections apply to faulty or misdescribed items. Read our Returns & Cancellations policy.
