Dispatch

Orders are normally prepared and dispatched within 1–2 working days from the United Kingdom. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout and depend on the selected service and destination. They are not guarantees unless expressly stated. Customs checks can cause delays.

United Kingdom

Standard delivery is £3.99 for qualifying orders below £50 and free for qualifying orders of £50 or more. Express delivery is £6.99. The qualifying order value is assessed after discounts, excluding delivery. Free delivery applies only to UK destinations and never to international orders.

International delivery

We currently accept delivery orders to United Kingdom addresses only. International checkout and international delivery are paused while we complete the required export arrangements. We are not accepting international orders at present.

Your delivery details

Provide an accurate delivery address and the contact details requested at checkout, including a telephone number where required by the international carrier. DHL Express and FedEx services may not accept PO boxes. Contact us promptly if an address needs correcting; changes cannot be guaranteed after dispatch.

Delayed, lost or damaged parcels

Contact pastandpresentlimited@gmail.com with your order number if delivery is delayed, missing or damaged. Please retain packaging and photographs where available to help us investigate. We remain responsible for delivery and your applicable consumer rights; you do not have to pursue a carrier or an insurance claim instead of exercising those rights.
