Pre-owned, vintage and international clothing sizes vary considerably. Manufacturer labels are guidance only; always check the measurements and photographs included in each individual listing.

How to compare a garment

Measure a similar item of clothing that fits you well, laid flat. Compare the garment's underarm-to-underarm width, length, sleeve and waist measurements where provided. Underarm-to-underarm width is a flat measurement, not body chest circumference.

If a listing is missing a measurement you need, email pastandpresentlimited@gmail.com before ordering. Please do not assume a vintage garment will fit identically to a modern garment with the same labelled size.
